Kathy offers her clients a wealth of experience in managing change, improving processes, resolving employee relations issues, coaching for success or maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations as she has over 30 years of experience in HR. She drives for improved performance for her clients while maintaining compassion and concern for employees. She loves to see firms and people grow and thrive and strives to make things better every day!
Prior to joining Insight, Kathy worked for General Electric in a number of HR Generalist and Management positions. Most recently, she led the HR Fair Employment Practices team where she was responsible for global implementation of HR policies related to Equal Opportunity, Preventing Harassment, and Affirmative Action. She provided training and consultation to a world-wide HR Team on such topics as Pay Equity, Staffing Processes, and Conducting Investigations. Prior to that role she served in a variety of HR Generalist positions where she helped design organizations for growth, hired a number of leaders, engineering and manufacturing employees, resolved employee relations issues and facilitated change management initiatives for her clients.
Kathy enjoys reading, walking, gardening and spending time with her family. She is a graduate of the Industrial and Labor Relations School at Cornell University and is actively engaged in the Cornell Alumni Association.
